Yeah, I brought 2 bikes striped them and swapped parts. Need to sell the brakes to get some money back can't afford to have an expensive set of brakes on the wifes bike....it would no longer be a bargin. Will post pic when all complete.

I think the rim I had was ok, I think what I did would have killed all but the strongest which would be too heavy so might get the same again or upgrade to mavic en521.

I've already got both....I posted on singletrack and most people are saying SLX....they are totally awsome and I will get more £££ for X2's, but the hope build is beautiful and they look crazy pimp with braded hoses. Guess I can't have components just cause they look nice!

Dilemma.....should I keep the SLX or go to Hope X2's. Head says SLX.....they're real good.....heart says X2 they're a work of art and look amazing!? Help!
